一方面拜網路的普及度所賜,一方面則是人們對於
旅行有了不同的定義。相較於懶人方式的跟團,
自主性較高的旅人則是自己動手來規劃行程,
不僅能夠自由彈性規劃,也多了些成就感。

在上一篇我曾經推薦大家新式的旅遊方式,

這次要介紹給大家的,則是另外一種創新的點子。

很多人到法國來旅遊,多少都會品嚐到道地的法國產品,
不管是奢華米其林法國菜,巷弄間的法式小酒館,市集裡的
家常菜,都是法國珍貴的美食文化代表。但到底怎樣吃才能真正
融入法國在地的生活,就讓 Le Food Trip帶你一探究竟吧!

planing their trips, and also thanks to the Internet.
By planing your own trip, you can not only manage time 
wisely but also get a sense of achievement.

Last article I introduced you guys a new way of tourism, 
which is INSIDR Paris, the digital tourism service. 
Today, I'm about to show you another smart and innovative idea.

Many tourists come to France for sightseeing, during the trip
they would have tasted the local food here, such as
the luxurious Michelin cuisine, hidden bistros, or dishes
in the daily markets, all of them represent a part of
French food culture. However, how to eat like locals? 

And here it goes.....Le Food Trip! 


由三個年輕巴黎人所組成,Le Food Trip 這個品牌
成立於2015年的7月,Pierre, Adrien以及Martin
從小時候就認識一起長大的好朋友,完成了各自的學業
也累積了不少的旅遊經歷,其中印象最深刻的就是
味覺的體驗。在嚐過不同國家不同的料理,他們回到
了巴黎,也開始尋根式的探索著家鄉的美食是什麼。

原本只是一個偶然的想法,他們尋訪巴黎熟識的店家,
為自己及朋友安排試吃的活動,後來店家主動邀請他們合作,
便開始了 Le Food Trip的概念: 用美食來認識法國。

由於美食體驗團人數較多,時間上也都是3小時左右,
對於想要彈性規劃旅行的觀光客來說有些限制,
所以在今年的2月開始,Le Food Trip推出了全新的服務:
Tasting Passport 美食護照

Starting in July, 2015 by a team of 3 young parisians, 
Pierre, Adrien and Martin have known each other
since childhood. After finishing studies in school,
they started to travel in different countries, and had
the most impressive food experiences. Back to Paris,
they can't help but wonder, what is the specialties in France?

At first, it was an idea to visit local artisans whom they have 
already known for a while and to set up tasting events 
for friends. When there is demand from artisans, they started to 
launch a service called Food Tours from their favorite 9th district in Paris.

In this February, they also launched a new service called
Tasting Passport for those tourists who prefer flexibility and
mobility on their tour.




什麼是美食護照 Tasting Passport?
What is Tasting Passport?

Tasting Passport 集結了12個法國在地的店家(artisans)
分別提供不同的法國當地名產,像是橄欖油,葡萄酒,
鵝肝,咖啡,果醬,糕點等,分佈在巴黎三個區域,
讓顧客可以自行安排品嚐試吃的行程。
使用方式也是相當的簡單,每一本護照後面都有
店家提供的兌換卷,顧客只需將兌換卷撕下交給
負責接待解說的人員,就可以兌換到店家提供的試吃產品。

Tasting Passport gathers 12 French artisans including  olive oils, wines, 
foie gras, coffee, jams, and pastries in 3 different areas in Paris. 
Tourists can arrange their tasting tour by consulting the map in the passport. 
At each artisan, tourists can simply use the coupon on the last page 
to exchange the product provided by artisans to taste.
美食護照Tasting Passport的概念與美食體驗團相同,
不同點在於顧客可以根據自己的行程彈性安排,
護照裡面都有詳細的地圖索引,12個店家分佈在
三個不同的區域,顧客可以安排在一天使用完,
或是分成三天使用,盡情的體驗法國在地名產。

看到這裡,你一定會問,如果語言不通怎麼辦?
別擔心,由Le Food Trip 嚴選的12個法國商家
都是會說英語且非常親切,他們不僅對自身產品
非常的了解,也非常樂於推廣給外國旅客。
有別於觀光團有時會與店家合作推銷產品,
Tasting Passport 強調完全的試吃體驗,
如果顧客真的喜歡再購買也比較有意義。

Tasting Passport has the same idea as the Food Tour,
the difference is, the former is more flexible, compared to a 3-hour 
Food Tour, and customer can even visit every spot in one day, 
though ideally it's a 3-day session.

What if you don't speak French? No Problem.
These artisans and their welcomers are friendly and passionate,
English-speaking is a must, and they have great understanding
and are willing to promote their good products to tourists.
For the record, it is a fully tasting experience, 
addition purchase is based on the willingness of customers.


介紹完了服務當然就是分享我體驗的部分囉!
跟團隊的Martin 一共見面了兩次,都相談甚歡,
第二次我們就實地去走訪店家試吃美食,
我們去的是位於小巴黎7區,靠近鐵塔的戰神廣場週邊,
聽Martin說這區也是最受觀光客歡迎的一區喔!!!

在這一區有四個不同的名產代表,
分別是葡萄酒,鵝肝,杏仁餅,以及蛋白霜餅
因為我不吃鵝肝,所以就造訪了其他三家。

So, let's have a look of what I've tasted with Martin, 
one of the founders during my trip in Paris!
We chose to visit the Champs de Mars area near 7th district,
as well as the most popular area for tourists. 
Here you can find 4 different artisans such as
wine, foie gras, calisson, and meringues.



Aux Merveilleux de Fred
位在7區的這家是源自北法里爾的知名甜點店,
除了在里爾的兩家專賣店之外,在法國各地也陸續
開設了分店,它的招牌就是俗稱蛋白霜的甜點。

走進店家,開放式的櫥窗可以讓顧客觀賞到製作過程
經過的時候往裡面瞧一下非常有趣,也可以聞到
剛出爐的陣陣香味。
我選了Martin推薦的果仁糖口味來試吃,雖然整體
來說是很甜的一道甜點,但是你們可以看到它的裡面
其實算是中空不是實心,所以感覺罪惡感沒那麼大。
如果你幸運的話,還可以遇到主廚Fred本人來跟你
聊一聊這家甜點店的故事喔!

Aux Merveilleux de Fred is famous for its pastry
called meringues, which came from the big city in
north of France, Lille. Now you can also find numerous
shops in Paris, Nantes, Lyon and etc.

An open kitchen let customers see how the meringue
was made, and you can be attracted by the smell
when passing by. Praline is a must-try flavor recommended
by Martin, I have to say though I don't have a sweetooth,  
these little sweets are worth of trying, so have a bite!
And if you are lucky, you may meet Fred the chef
to have a little chat!


Le Petit Duc
接著我們來到這家來品嚐來自Aix-en-Provence的
甜點Calisson 杏仁餅。一般我們看到的杏仁餅
都是杏仁的形狀,在這家店則是變成小巧可愛
的正方形,試吃的口味分別是原味,玫瑰跟開心果。
內餡則是糖漬橙花醬加上杏仁,吃起來跟我以前吃過
的相比比較沒那麼甜膩。這家店除了杏仁餅之外
還有各式各樣的甜點,包括牛軋糖,餅乾以及糖果等。
招待的小姐也讓我試吃了不同種類的餅乾,最後
我帶了一款蜂蜜口味的三角形餅乾當伴手禮。

Next stop is about a sweet called Calisson, which
comes from Aix-en-Provence. Traditionally it is
like almond shape, but here you will see the tiny square calisson 
with 3 different flavors, almond, rose petals and pistachio. 
Inside the calisson, you can feel the mix flavor of orange flower confits 
and almond paste. Moreover, there are all kinds of pastries assortment
including nougats, cookies and candies, I had a great time 
tasting them, and finally brought a couple bags
of honey-flavored triangle cookies as souvenir.



Les Petits Domaines
最後造訪的這家酒窖,顧名思義在這裏你不會看到
知名的葡萄酒品牌,但是你可以找到法國各地少量卻高品質
的酒,小酒莊知名度也許不高,卻保有著獨到的特色。
愛酒更懂酒的老闆娘將會用她的熱情跟流利的英文
為你介紹她心目中的好酒,愛酒的朋友可別錯過。

The last stop is a wine cellar, "Les Petits Domaines"
literally means small areas, but here you can find
good quality and less quantity wines around France. 
Isabelle, the owner the wine lover, will introduce
you her best selection with passion and fluent English,
and here is the spot wine lovers won't want to miss.


短短幾個月,Le Food Trip在新創品牌中也獲得了
不少的關注,越來越多的外國觀光客透過觀光巴士
發現了這個很棒的體驗,而他們也會在近期推出
手機App的服務,將商家介紹跟地圖索引放進去,
查詢更加方便容易。另外也會推出不同的美食護照
Tasting Passport,包括給素食者使用的美食護照,

Within a few months, Le Food Trip has been
creating a buzz and drawing attention as a start-up,
more and more tourists also spot on this great service
through Open Tour bus. Soon they will launch their App where 
you can find all the information you need, and we can also
 expect the coming of Le Food Trip 2.0 and vegan passport!
